Your leather collection, made in Florence.

FRAYDA is the Florence atelier independent brands use to develop and produce their private-label leather goods—finished pieces, boxed under your name.

How it works

From your idea to your finished collection.

Every stage gives you something concrete to approve—so nothing between your idea and the finished run is left to assumption.

01

Your brief

You tell us what to make—a model from the library, a sketch, or an idea—and we reply with focused questions and a feasibility view.

02

Your sample

We develop the pattern and produce a first physical sample in Florence, in the leather and hardware you choose.

03

Your approval

You hold it, test it and request changes. Most collections are approved within two rounds.

04

Your production

The approved sample becomes your production run—cut, assembled, finished, inspected and boxed under your name.

Why brands choose us

You work directly with the people who make your bags.

No middlemen, no factory account managers. You speak with the atelier that develops your pattern, approves your leather and runs your production—so decisions stay fast, clear and yours.

Clear from the beginning

Beautiful objects need practical answers.

Sampling first Every project begins with a physical sample you approve before production.
Per project Minimums and quantities are shaped around the brand, not a factory standard.
In writing Timelines and costs are agreed in the quote before work begins.
Florence Development, cutting, assembly and finishing in Italy.

Every project is quoted individually—material, construction and volume shape the final price.
