PRIVATE-LABEL LEATHER GOODS MADE IN FLORENCE PROJECTS WORLDWIDE
A private-label bag sample, leather swatches, hardware, packaging and production notes arranged for review
Capabilities

The complete route from product idea to finished order.

Development, material sourcing, private-label execution, manufacturing, quality control, packaging and delivery coordination—managed as one connected project for brands, designers and wholesalers.

End-to-end manufacturing

One project owner across the whole product chain.

A strong collection depends on more than sewing. Materials must arrive to specification, the pattern must be repeatable, the sample must be approved, production must follow that standard and the finished order must be packed for the way it will travel and sell.

01

Material research & sourcing

Leather, lining, thread, reinforcements, zips and hardware are selected together around the product’s appearance, performance, target and order volume. Incoming materials are checked before they enter the work.

02

Pattern, prototype & sample room

A sketch, reference or technical pack becomes a controlled pattern, material specification and physical sample. Proportion, function and construction are resolved before production is authorised.

03

Private label & brand execution

Logo placement, embossing or foil, custom plaques, lining, labels, dust bags, boxes and care materials are developed as one coherent brand system, with confidentiality kept throughout.

04

Cutting, preparation & assembly

Hide reading, cutting, skiving, reinforcement, sewing, edge finishing, hardware setting and assembly are sequenced against the approved construction and production sample.

05

Quality control & packaging

Measurements, symmetry, stitching, edges, hardware, lining and function are checked against the approved sample. Finished pieces are then packed to the agreed brand specification.

06

Planning & delivery coordination

The quote defines approvals, material readiness and a realistic production critical path. Packing lists and shipment handover are coordinated to the agreed destination and carrier requirements.

Product scope

More than one bag category.

The design library shows immediate starting points. Original development can cover a broader leather-goods collection, subject to feasibility, tooling and production minimums.

01 Handbags, shoulder bags, crossbodies, totes and evening bags
02 Backpacks, work bags, weekenders and travel leather goods
03 Wallets, card holders, pouches, key cases and small leather goods
04 Belts, straps and coordinated leather accessories
05 Desk, office and presentation accessories in leather
06 Special-format projects assessed from a technical brief

A category listing is not a blanket promise. We confirm material suitability, construction, specialist operations, tooling, minimums and timing after reviewing the actual design.

Connected operations

Decisions stay visible from brief to shipment.

01

Feasibility before promise

Construction, materials, quantities and target date are reviewed together before scope and price are confirmed.

02

Physical approvals

Swatches, components and the finished sample turn subjective preferences into references the production team can follow.

03

Specialist methods by project

Printing, custom metalwork and non-standard finishing are assessed against the material and design, then included only when the method is suitable and repeatable.

04

A documented handover

Approved details, packing requirements and shipment information stay attached to the order instead of being rediscovered at the end.

The next chapter

Bring the product question. We will map the manufacturing route.

Send the design, quantity and target date you have. We will identify the open decisions, the right development path and what must be approved before production.
