The Aurora is our flagship work-to-evening tote. Cut from full-grain leather tanned in Santa Croce sull'Arno, it holds shape through years of daily carry. Three internal compartments — one zipped — fit a 13-inch laptop, A4 documents, and a slim wallet. Magnetic brass flap, hand-rolled top handle, three-coat painted edges. Body lined in brushed cotton twill.

   Pattern-making

   Technical pattern and materials brief, signed off in-house.

   Cutting

   Cut on the hide with grain direction and panel matching checked before assembly.

   Stitching

   Reinforced stitching at stress points, adjusted to the leather and construction.

   Edge finish

   Edges painted or burnished according to the approved sample.

   Hardware

   Hardware set by hand and checked against the program specification.

   Quality control

   Final inspection follows the approved sample and your written QC requirements.
