2 · Data we collect
- Inquiry forms — name, company, country, business email, phone, message body. Legal basis: contract / pre-contractual measures.
- Wholesale account — same as above plus an encrypted password hash. Legal basis: contract and security.
- Newsletter — email address. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
- Server logs — IP, user-agent, timestamp. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.
3 · How we use it
Inquiry data is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, manage trade accounts, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal duties. We do not sell trade addresses.
4 · Sub-processors
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, D1/R2, security and delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery, when configured.
5 · Retention
Inquiries and tickets: up to 24 months from last contact unless legal duties require longer retention. Accounts: while active or until deletion is requested and legally possible. Newsletter: until unsubscribe.
6 · Your rights
Under GDPR Articles 15-22 you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days.
