How FRAYDA collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

Last updated: June 2026

Who we are

FRAYDA is a leather-goods atelier based in Florence, Italy (Via dei Conciatori 14, 50122 Firenze FI, Italy), offering private-label and custom manufacturing to businesses. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Information you give us via the “Send a Brief” form: your name, company, email, website, project description, expected quantity, target launch date, how you found us, and any files you attach (tech packs, sketches, references).
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address and browser user-agent, used for security and spam prevention.
  • Cookies: we use a single essential cookie only for the staff admin login. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are enabled, they collect only aggregate, non-identifying usage data.

Why we use it & legal basis

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and develop and manufacture products you request — i.e. to take steps at your request prior to and during a business relationship (our legitimate interest and the performance of a contract). We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that operate this site, acting as our processors:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, database (D1), and file storage (R2).
  • Resend — sending the confirmation and notification emails related to your brief.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We treat the designs, specifications, and files you share as confidential and will sign an NDA on request.

International transfers

Our providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EU/EEA, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We retain brief submissions and attachments for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, and to meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Uploaded files are kept in private storage accessible only to authorised staff.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
